The roads covered with fresh snow was not slippery, but pleasant to walk on.

  We don't have much snow around here in usual winter, but for these few days, it snowed much. In some areas along the Japan Sea including western Honshu, it is reported to have snowed twice or three times as much as in usual winter. In the morning, when I was walking toward Kawazoe, it was very pleasant to walk stamping snow.
