Typhoon No.15 - heavy rain in western Japan.

Another typhoon is approaching- typhoon No.15. In and around Nagoya city, rivers are flooding, and more than 100 million people are called for an evacuation. In Wakayama prefecture, which was hit by the previous typhoon, many "natural dams" made by landslides in the valleys are threatened to flood.
