A heavy typhoon is approaching Kochi, Shikoku. It is so powerful that even here in Hokkaido, it is heavily raining, and the Ishikari river is threatening to flood, and some families have begun to evacuate. The typhoon is moving very slowly northward at the speed of 15 km per hour, so we are afraid it will bring a heavy rainfall all through Honshu and Hokkaido.
